One tracked session begins when a visitor grants analytics consent and opens a tracked page. It continues across pageviews and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Additional pageviews, clicks, scrolls, and engagement events inside that session help build the read-only analytics view. Sessions and events are not separate paid allowances; all websites in the account share only the selected rolling 30-day pageview allowance.

A live visitor is a pseudonymous session with activity during the previous 90 seconds.

It is an approximate recent-presence count rather than an exact number of identifiable people. Consent, network conditions, browser behavior, and bot filtering can affect the result.

Creative, Insights, and All-access activate after the configured billing provider confirms checkout. Stripe subscriptions continue through Stripe, and Polar subscriptions continue through Polar.

After cancellation, you keep paid access through the end of the billing period, so your connected MCP workflow continues until the account returns to Free limits.

Purchases, renewals, plan changes, and subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right that cannot be waived. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal; cancellation does not refund the current or a previous billing period.

TypeUI uses layered access, validation, abuse-prevention, storage, and recovery safeguards. Detailed sessions and journeys use a rolling 90-day window, followed by the documented recovery lifecycle when access ends.

No hosted analytics or recovery system can guarantee perfect security, availability, or recovery. Export anything you must preserve and read the Security and Data Retention pages for details.
