End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Bergside LLC ("Licensor", "we", or "us") regarding your use of the typeui.sh premium design system skill files and associated content (the "Software").
1. Grant of License
CLI Interface: The typeui.sh CLI interface is open-source under the MIT license and can be used and distributed accordingly.
Public Design System Skill Files: The design system skill files publicly available on the website without the requirement of a single or team license can be used commercially. However, if they are shared as-is, attribution is required. For example, you cannot just copy the skill files and distribute them as your own without proper attribution to typeui.sh.
Premium Licenses: Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your purchase of a valid license directly from this website, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the premium design system skill files. A Single License grants commercial use for one individual. A Team License grants commercial use and allows usage for up to 10 team members.
2. Permitted Uses
You are explicitly permitted to use the Software to:
- Generate design specifications, UI components, and code layers for your projects.
- Build an unlimited number of personal, commercial, and client projects.
- Build and release open-source projects using the code generated by the Software.
- Sell, distribute, and monetize software, applications, or websites that were created with the help of the Software.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not, under any circumstances:
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the skill files (the Software) to any third party.
- Share your license key with unauthorized users or publicly expose it.
- Create a product that directly competes with typeui.sh using the Software.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
However, you retain full ownership of the output, designs, layouts, and code generated by the Software. We claim no ownership over the final products you build using typeui.sh.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective upon your purchase and download/activation of the Software and shall remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software (the premium design system skill files). This does not affect your right to continue using the code already generated prior to termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
In any case, Licensor's entire liability under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
