End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: March 5, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Bergside LLC ("Licensor", "we", or "us") regarding your use of the typeui.sh CLI tool and its associated documentation (the "Software").

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your purchase of a valid license directly from this website, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use the Software.

Crucial Requirement: Anyone using the typeui.sh CLI tool must possess a valid, paid license purchased exclusively from our official website or authorized payment provider.

2. Permitted Uses

You are explicitly permitted to use the Software to:

  • Generate design specifications, UI components, and code layers for your projects.
  • Build an unlimited number of personal, commercial, and client projects.
  • Build and release open-source projects using the code generated by the Software.
  • Sell, distribute, and monetize software, applications, or websites that were created with the help of the Software.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the typeui.sh CLI tool (the Software itself) to any third party.
  • Share your license key with unauthorized users or publicly expose it.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Create a product that directly competes with the typeui.sh CLI tool using the Software.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

However, you retain full ownership of the output, designs, layouts, and code generated by the Software. We claim no ownership over the final products you build using typeui.sh.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon your purchase and download/activation of the Software and shall remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software (the CLI tool). This does not affect your right to continue using the code already generated by the tool prior to termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
