Terms of Service
Last updated: March 5, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the typeui.sh CLI tool and website (the "Service") operated by Bergside LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. License and Usage
Upon purchasing a license for typeui.sh, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software. You may use the generated UI components and design specifications for an unlimited number of personal, commercial, and client projects.
You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or publicly share the CLI tool itself, or your license key, with unauthorized third parties.
3. Refunds and Returns
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact our support team. Once a refund is issued, your license key will be permanently revoked, and you must cease using the CLI tool. Our maximum liability and your maximum refund amount is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
Under no circumstances shall Bergside LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Because typeui.sh is a tool that assists with generating and applying design layers to AI-generated code, we explicitly disclaim any liability for the final output, design results, code quality, accessibility compliance, or production-readiness of the generated materials. It is your sole responsibility to review, test, and verify any code or design applied to your projects before deploying them to a live or production environment.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding the code generated by the CLI for your specific projects), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bergside LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The UI components, layouts, and design artifacts generated by the CLI using your prompts and configurations become your property to use in accordance with the license granted in Section 2.
6. Third-Party AI Services
The Service is designed to integrate with third-party AI tools (such as Cursor, OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content generated by these third-party services. Your use of such third-party tools is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
8. Contact Us
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.
